These terms apply when you use kbeauty-ai.com in English or Japanese and pay for the paid PDF report through Creem. Korean checkout uses separate domestic terms and PortOne.
1. Who we are
K Beauty-AI is operated by the business shown in our Privacy policy and support contact (support@kbeauty-ai.com).
For international card payments, Creem (Creem IO B.V.) acts as Merchant of Record — the legal seller on your receipt. We supply the digital product; Creem handles payment, tax, and payment-related compliance.
2. The service
We provide a free skin keyword quiz and an optional paid personalized PDF report.
Content is wellness and skincare reference only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See a qualified clinician for medical concerns.
Free quiz answers and optional photos are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers unless you continue to paid checkout.
3. Purchases
The price shown at checkout is the amount charged (Creem may display USD or your local currency).
By paying, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy policy, and our Refund policy.
After payment you will enter an email address so we can generate and send your PDF. You must provide a correct address.

4. Digital delivery
The PDF is generated after payment and sent to your email, usually within a few minutes.
Quiz answers and optional images are transmitted once for generation, then discarded from our processing memory without retaining image or answer bodies in our database.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated scraping beyond normal browsing.
Do not resell or redistribute the paid PDF except for your personal use.
6. Intellectual property
The site, branding, and report templates remain our property or our licensors’. You receive a personal license to use your purchased PDF.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific skin outcomes.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on the report.
Nothing here limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer laws in your country.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
