Common questions about the paid PDF report, checkout, and email delivery. Please check your spam folder too.
How long until I get the PDF?
After payment is confirmed and you submit your email, the PDF is usually sent within a few minutes.
If it is late, check spam or promotions. If nothing arrives after 24 hours, contact us below.
I did not receive the email
Double-check the email address you entered for typos.
If a report was already sent for this payment, you may see an “already sent” message.
If you paid but closed the page before entering email, return via the post-checkout flow to enter your address.
Payment failed or is not confirmed
If you cancelled the payment window, tap Pay again on the checkout page.
Right after payment, “Confirming payment…” may take a short while while our server verifies it. Retry after 1–2 minutes.
If it keeps failing, email us from the Business information page with the approximate time of payment.
Refunds
The custom PDF begins generating and sending right after purchase, so refunds are generally not available after payment.
