Refund policy

This refund policy applies to English and Japanese checkout paid through Creem. Korean domestic checkout (PortOne) follows the Korean refund policy page.

Free keyword quiz: no charge.

Who charges your card

Creem is the Merchant of Record for international purchases. Your statement may show CREEM.IO or similar.

K Beauty-AI fulfills the digital PDF. Payment disputes on the charge itself may also be handled via Creem: https://creem.io/contact

Refunds

After payment, a customized PDF is generated and emailed based on your submission.

Because this is digital content that begins fulfillment immediately, refunds are generally not available once payment is completed and generation has started.

The same notice is shown before payment and when you enter your email.

If you did not receive your PDF, paid twice by mistake, or have a technical error, email support@kbeauty-ai.com within 14 days with your checkout email and approximate purchase time. We will investigate; Creem may issue refunds on our behalf when required by their policies.

Creem may issue a refund if we do not respond to a valid customer request within 3 business days.
